Kevin from Meerkat was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, making sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. What really stood out was how comfortable and at ease he made us feel with the products being used. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring, which made a big difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. Kevin went above and beyond, taking his time to be thorough and detail-oriented. His level of care, effort, and professionalism does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Kevin as your technician—you will be in great hands.

Hector was a friendly tech who seemed to take his job seriously. He seemed to be thorough in his inspection and application of dust and spray and kept asking if I had any questions. I was satisfied with what he did and I would have Meerkat back again.

Meerkat was awesome to work with from start to finish. We recently had them take care of flying squirrels and bats in our attic, along with some birds that nested in our soffit. Steve was the first representative who came out to inspect the property and he was very informative and helpful. Then Will and Pete came to do the soffit closure and set up one way doors on all the entryways. Will and Pete were so hardworking, they spent almost a full day here on a very hot summer day, and made sure they did the job right. Pete came again today to take off the one way doors and get everything fully sealed up. Lastly, Richie walked me through the final setup to explain what had been completed, and offered his own cell number for me to call if we had any follow up questions. Everyone was prompt, communicative, and did a great job. I highly recommend Meerkat!
