This was an exceptional experience. Chris called ahead of his anticipated arrival and he was exactly on time with his associate Eddie. Both were clad in protective footwear, personable, respectful of the customer and premises. We found them both to be professional in all respects. Both were clearly well-trained and knowledgeable. They were thorough in their inspection and assessment of customer needs. They were attentive to customer requests and offered available options with complete explanations and price quotes.

Outstanding service, value and customer service. They needed to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency on their end but we're wonderful in communicating the circumstances and bent over backwards to accommodate me. The crew was clean, efficient, and respectful of the house, which I really appreciated. Ethan was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. He took his time reviewing things with me and did not pressure me into doing work that I am not ready to do. They did a great job of restoring my electric and replaced some outlets that needed it.

I had the pleasure of having Steve from Mel Carr Electric do a full home diagnostic testing and was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and friendly mannerism.
