Paris at Michael & Sons is installed my new State direct vent, gas water heater, added a new expansion tank, relocated pex water line and added a new shut off to the water main in my home. Very satisfied with his work. Most people can do the work, but their attitude sucks, especially when a homeowner requests certain things such as cleaning up an area that hasn't seen day light since my house was built. He was patient an polite which was the main reason I moved forward with the installation. He's a well versed tech and an asset to the company. Not to mention he provided a discount because of additional services that he suggested. The new water heater output is amazing and the installation is clean. Very satisfied.

I had a great experience with Mike from Michael and Son's. He quickly diagnosed that my well pump had gone bad and got straight to work replacing it. The whole process was smooth, fast, and professional. Mike clearly knows what he’s doing and didn’t waste any time getting everything back up and running. It’s hard to find reliable service like that these days—highly recommend!

Ms.Sharlita Bryan our M&S technician did a wonderful job repairing our HVAC unit. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she done from diagnosing the issues and making sure we understood what was going on. Any questions or concerns we had she answered them with no problem. She completed the job in a timely manner and also gave a thorough explanation of the service. We would definitely choose M&S and Ms. Sharlita again!

August 31, 2026 I had yet another great Michael and Son experience! My HVAC technician was Erique Z. and his trainee was Owen P. They were so kind, so thorough, and so hardworking! They went above and beyond during my HVAC Inspection and Cleaning, patiently answered all of my questions, and were so friendly and personable throughout the whole experience. I look forward to working with them again in the near future! ---------- August 18, 2026 I had a great experience with my plumber, Jason G. He was extremely kind, thorough, and explained everything he was doing and why. Jason is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I look forward to working with him more in the future!
