We had a Ting sensor notify us of an arching issue. Ben from Mr. Electric promptly came and provided us an estimate. On the day of service, they arrived promptly and coordinated everything with National Grid on our behalf. They explained what was happening along the way. I was very impressed with Ben and how honest and helpful he was.

Mr. Electric responded to our request promptly and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Gordon and Cole were both friendly and efficient, and solved our issue quickly. We have used the service before with good results and will return as the need arises.

They were absolutely amazing! Came same day as my problem was an emergency and were great! They were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with ease. It didn’t take long either. I was very pleased with Mr Electric and would use them again for any electrical issue and probably will call them again for a few small projects soon. I highly recommend them.

Came to review job same day I called for an estimate. They were able to do the job after approval of estimate the same day. Job consisted of replacing 5 outdoor lighting fixtures as part of a house re-fresh. Job completed in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent workmanship. New lighting looks wonderful! Thank you.

Customer service (Jenn) as well as Sam and Gordan were great. Jenn was extremely helpful in coordinating the project, Sam was extremely great from start to finish and took the time to explain the project, cost and answers to any questions I had. Gordan worked with Sam and I’m sure Sam couldn’t have completed the job without him. Thank you to all and Mr. Electric will be the first place I turn should I need any future electrical needs.
