The 2 gentlemen that came to replace my very antiquated and broken outdoor faucet were extremely friendly and courteous. They did the work quickly, tested the faucet and came to me to let me know the work was completed. This was a job contracted by my HOA so they weren’t necessarily obligated to notify me of the completed work. I really appreciated it, however. The cost was reasonable.

I highly recommend Me Eootwr, they had a tech out to my house within a hour of my call. Terrance was great! He was knowledgeable and informative and explained all of the steps to me. He cleared the clogged drain and did so in a timely manner. Terrance also made sure I took advantage of the discounts available.

Tony from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup was fantastic. He came out to unclog two drains and was incredibly honest, efficient, and quick. He took the time to educate me on what to do—and what not to do—to help keep my drains clean and prevent future issues, which I really appreciated. It was absolutely pouring rain that day, and despite the weather, Tony was extremely respectful of my home. He made sure everything stayed clean and tidy throughout the entire process and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Tony was wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you so much, Tony, for all of your help. I’ll absolutely use you again if we have any future plumbing issues!

Not many service people reach their hand out straight away to give you a nice, firm handshake! Greatly appreciated!! Terrence Johnson was hard working and fast. Wasn't leaving until he made sure everything was right! Give this man a raise!!!

Terrance did a great job with the initial diagnosis of our old water heater, providing us with our options, and installing the new water heater. He and his partner ran into a few issues while removing the old unit due to its age and electrical issues but were able to overcome them and got the job done even though they had to stay late to make it happen.
