Frank at Naples Flooring is exceptional. He's a consummate service professional and made himself available any time we needed anything and in a perfectly timely manner. The floors are gorgeous. We haven't moved in and started using them yet, so I cannot comment on their wear or durability, but based on what we have seen so far, I am optimistic. The installation was seamless. We had a nice entry detail added to our design and everything is beautiful. We chose the Rosina floors.

We lost the entire first floor of our home to Hurricane Ian. We quickly contacted Naples Flooring to replace the hardwood floors. Their professional service and quality exceeded our expectations. Frank worked with us and our GC allowing the entire process to be painless from choosing replacement floors to scheduling and completing their part of our renovation project. We are extremely happy with the clean, professional installation and with the final product which included two “chevron” design patterns that look beautiful.

We used Naples Flooring when remodeling our Naples condo. We were delighted with their professional service from selection to installation. We’ve had numerous compliments on our gorgeous new hardwood floor. Frank Bennett and his team took great care of us. You are sure to be delighted with this company’s “First Class” service. I discovered Naples Flooring Company while on vacation in Florida. I fell in love with a floor in a model home and tracked down the supplier for the Legno Bastone La Famiglia Collection - Giuseppina. I worked with Frank Bennett to have it shipped to Michigan to be installed during my remodel. Frank was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire process and my installer said it was some of the best wood he has ever handled. It is gorgeous and has changed the entire look of my house!! I definitely recommend Naples Flooring Company for your hardwood flooring needs. They have choices that will fit all tastes and styles and are great to work with!!

Awesome result, great team, great service Full renovation with 2100sf of flooring. We had heard wonderful things about Legno Bastone flooring, and saw it in a number of upscale Naples residences. Once we decided on LB, we were told that the team at Naples Flooring was the best choice on service, selection and price. The sales team (Frank and Machi) at Naples Flooring was outstanding- advisory, informative, and highly responsive and professional. They helped us think through choices, options, and project plan. The installation team led by Aymer and done by Marcos and Nick, were highly skilled, thoughtful, creative were needed, and professional, timely and efficient. Overall, we had an excellent experience, would use again, and have recommended to others.
