We were in desperate need of a new furnace, a-coil and AC unit. I received upwards of eight quotes, some over the phone, I was able to do this based on the fact that I knew what we had and what I wanted and needed. Other estimates were conducted in person at our home. Tyler from Northeast Heating Cooling and Refrigeration, promptly came out the same day I called, which was remarkable based on the fact that this is HVAC companies busiest season with the recent cold snap we've had. He was professional, prompt and extremely communitative with our quote. Upon choosing Northeast Heating & Cooling, two technicians the very next day, Chris and Josh arrived at 7:30am with all the equipment for the install of our new system. Both Chris and Josh's craftsman and workmanship, attention to detail and upmost professionalism was remarkably refreshing, no shortcuts were taken in my opinion by any means. I would highly recommend Northeast for all your HVAC and water heater needs. Once again, I am extremely impressed with everything from start to finish, and 150% impressed with the outcome. We will be a loyal customer to them moving forward!! We give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a new Ruud two stage AC installed by NE, just on the cusp of the latest heat dome.. Price was reasonable ( I know what the equipment costs and they use a normal hourly charge for this area). Tyler got me proposals very quickly with cut sheets I asked for. The two fellows who did the install work were friendly, worked diligently, even in the heat (!), and answered all my questions . Installation was neatly done. People at the office were friendly and responsive. I hope the new AC unit is reliable but only time can tell.

My mother was having an issue with her ductless heating/AC unit. Called Northeast on a Tuesday and they were very responsive and were there that afternoon. It was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Talked to Kevin the next day and received a quote and it was installed on Friday. That was even with them having to wait for a part which came promptly. Everything went very smoothly. The entire team I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. Their customer service was wonderful and we really appreciated that. Thank you, Kevin, Grace, Ricky, Chris and Josh. Would highly recommend Northeast Heating and would definitely call them in the future if the need arises. Keep up the great work.

So we didn't actually have anyone from Northeast at our house, but we got great help in another way. Our oil furnace shut down during the coldest weekend of the year, so we called a bunch of places for emergency service. Chris from Northeast called back, and while they don't service oil, he walked me through the process of bleeding the line. A tech from another company showed up at the same time so he took over, but Chris was very helpful and generous with his time.
