O’Connor contracting did wonderful work on our home, at a very reasonable price. We had a complete roof tear off, new siding, and gutters. The team fit us in quickly, and worked late to get the job done. We were very particular about many things, but Kris and the team addressed all of our concerns. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofer!

We couldn’t be happier with the work that Kris and O’Connor Contracting did on our home! They completed our patio roof along with all of the soffit, metal work and gutters.The finished product is absolutely amazing. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and everything looks even better than we imagined. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly timely, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the project, we always knew what was happening and felt confident that everything was being handled properly. They showed up when they said they would, kept everything organized, and took great pride in their work. It’s not often that you find a company that delivers such high-quality work while also providing such a great customer experience. We are extremely impressed with the results and would highly recommend O’Connor Contracting. Amazing work and an amazing team!! Thank you!

Kris's team gave us a reasonable price to replace our roof, skylights, siding, and gutters for our home. They were efficient, courteous, and detail oriented. The team sent me progress photos of the roof and kept me updated. They responded to questions and concerns promptly. The siding crew did a nice custom job around all our crazy windows too. I'll be using them again for any future project.

Well this company was fine when they first came out. They fixed the flat roof when we had leaking last year. They replaced it, they cleaned up nice. But we had a wind storm and the fascia they had put up started to lift. We have called them repeatedly about it. However they still have not fixed it. This is their issue. We have a warranty but when we need to fix it they just don’t show up. Very disheartening because they came highly recommended. You can see the wood and if something happens and more damage is done they will be fully responsible and I will make sure. We didn’t pay all this money for them to do a poor job that can’t stand one day of windy weather. Update: so after calling one more time the other day. Kris the owner gave me and my husband a text and assured us that someone would be out the next day to look at it. He was actually on vacation and still took the time. He has someone here to fix it and me still being worried it wasn’t fixed sent someone out the next day to take photos of the top part of the roof to show it was all good. That if I had any other issues he would make sure we were taken care of! I truly appreciate this and I hope he knows that we will come back if we have any other roofing we need done. That’s true customer service. Also, to add we were contacting the person who did the job so the message never got relayed to the office about our needs for repair. Before and after photos.

We hired Kris and his company for a home recently purchased. Kris was very responsive in getting us pricing, answering all of our questions and fitting us into their schedule. We really appreciated the on-going communication as the work commenced. All the employees were knowledgeable and professional, the quality of work was top notch and even clean up was above and beyond. The entire process became stress free and I would highly recommend them for any and all roofing & siding projects.
