We are new renters for the first time in our life as we move to Florida. We quickly realized we had a roach infestation in our new rental and our cousin suggested for us to call on demand. She said they were the best and the nicest and she was absolutely right Marcos was so incredibly professional, gave me a text prior to arriving so I could finish preparing. He started off my spraying the whole exterior of the house all of the interior and came to the kitchen and sprayed and gassed it even opened all of the electrical outlets . He was happy to answer all questions most importantly made me finally feel better like we’re able to find a resolution for this problem!! Looking forward to seeing him in two weeks literally 10 out of 10.!!!

I was having a wasp issue at home and this company has helped me. The initial person who came out was very knowledgeable and guided me to the correct solution. Then when the tech Marco came, he was also very helpful and did a great job. The customer Care team has also been very helpful

From the moment we called to schedule service, the entire experience was excellent. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and choosing OnDemand was a great decision. Johnny called ahead with an estimated arrival window, which we really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the services he would be providing and answer our questions. We ended up signing up for their subscription plan and are looking forward to having OnDemand help keep our home pest-free. Highly recommend!

I started hearing what I thought were birds in my attic. They turned out to be baby raccoons and many of the pest control companies I called did not deal with wildlife removal. Getting rid of a raccoon family is not a simple process. Thats where On Demand came in and did an excellent job. From the inspection to the 5 day long process, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Jon explained the process and followed up with photos of the findings. He fixed the soffit where the raccoons entered the attic and inspected for any other entry points. He was very informative and helpful throughout the whole removal process. Definitely recommend if you need wildlife removal. The most important thing is that they take them back to a wildlife sanctuary.

Excellent service from Johnny! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
