Julian Serrano was a consummate professional. I had such a great experience with one hour air-conditioning and heating, and him in particular. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and empathetic of my situation; having to fix things I’ve never fixed in my life, after my father‘s passing. He explained things in detail, made everything easy to understand, took time and care to make sure I was in satisfied, and got everything that I needed. He me appropriate discounts, and a six page invoice, explaining everything that was done in depth; also itemized. He provided pictures of what was being worked on, and potential concerns for future maintenance visits. He went over and beyond, and helped me with a couple other things in the backyard, nearby the unit, which is pretty much unheard of. If you want a holistic human, who gets the job done, with his heart and soul also in it, and who cares about the people he services, that’s Julian Serrano. I will keep him as my technician as long as I can. The wonderful technology that this company has is what drew me to begin with; being able to look at my calendar, and book my own appointment online, instead of with someone I didn’t know. And now that I do know Julian, he made our next appointment for the first maintenance. He also helped me extend the life of my air conditioning, which was crucial in the situation. I’m in right now; thank you Julian, for being you, and for helping me to have a great first experience with 1 hour air-conditioning. Cathy

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC system. You can tell he has years of experience and truly understands his trade. While the service may be a little more expensive than others, the quality, reliability, and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Bert at One Hour Air! He showed up right on time and got straight to work. Super friendly and professional throughout the whole visit, you could tell he really knows his stuff. It's rare to find a technician who's both punctual and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be requesting Bert again for any future AC needs!

AC Technician RJ came to inspect our ac unit due to our neighbors losing their house to a massive fire. He was very polite and professional yet considerate when explaining about our ac system. You could tell he knew his business as he explained everything to us. He made us feel comfortable and we'll informed before he left. We'd recommend him to anyone that needs his service! He definitely gets an A+ for what he does... Thank RJ!

Revising and dropping from a 5 to a 1 star and would go lower if possible. RJ was great when he came out on Friday! However, less than 24 hours later and we are back in the same situation. We were told on Friday to call amd they would come immediately and do what they call a 'gas and go' as we are waiting on parts and need a freon recharge until the parts come in. We were told we could do this every day if needed. Mind you, we spent over $15k in November of 2024 for an entirely new inside and outside unit and at the time were told we didn't need duct work/replacement. We have had numerous service calls and are now being told we have to get duct work for the tune of $10k for the system to work. It is over 80 degrees in the home and the call center has zero sense of urgency and told us they could fit us in tomorrow. After screaming at the call center supervisor, Brian, we got put on for today but not until much later, having ti asked to speak with a supervisor (yes, became that person!) and they reportedly have been unable to reach one for over 3 hours. While actual service might be good- their customer service is horrible and I wouldn't advice anyone to use them. We've been told by the last 3 techs that have come out that the Tampa branch has taken over for the Clearwater branch because Clearwater doesn't know what they are doing- well it appears that Tampa doesn't either! If we didn't have a warranty, we wouldn't be continuing to deal with the headache of this company!
