PBS Contractors performed a miracle on the FSW Collier Campus! A faculty/staff/student-led initiative to put up a Memorial Gazebo for a beloved teacher was struggling to raise enough money for the project. Equally challenging were the logistics involved to actually complete the project once sufficient funds were raised. Russell Budd of PBS came to the rescue! PBS demolished and removed a derelict fountain and replaced it with a beautiful gazebo, complete with matching brick pavers over a concrete foundation. PBS employees were professional and talented, paying attention to even the smallest details. They communicated with me regularly throughout the project, recognizing just how important this project was for our FSW Collier family. The completed gazebo is now the focal point of the library courtyard and a popular meeting place for students. I am so very thankful to PBS for their expertise, time and talents - but mostly for their generosity and community spirit! I can honestly say that this project would not have been completed without their involvement!

PBS did a superb job on the six and a half month long renovation of our Naples home. They finished on time--indeed, the exact day predicted in the initial construction schedule, and 6 weeks before the contractual deadline. They accomplished that feat despite the discovery of scary hidden conditions, several significant change orders, and rare hiccups by subs/suppliers. They gave us excellent suggestions on how to improve the finished product, and presented us with clear and understandable alternatives. Our neighbors were grateful for the early courtesy visits by PBS representatives, and for the clean and orderly worksite. The head of PBS's Residential operation, Joe Page, was knowledgeable, very effective, friendly, upbeat, and an all-around pleasure to work with. He called us and met with us regularly to review progress on the job, revisions to the construction schedule, change orders, problems encountered and alternate solutions, costs, and he sought our views and choices. Joe's on-site manager, Guido Fernandez, always welcomed us on site, updated us on activities and progress, sought our views, and helped us in whatever we had visited the site for. He managed the subs and vendors skillfully. His friendly and easy manner made the process more pleasant fo us, and made for a happy worksite and smiles from subcontractors' people. Joe and Guido worked tirelessly to achieve our goal of getting back into our house in time for family visits during the holidays, and they got us back in even earlier. PBS's roster of subcontractors was impressive, starting with the demolition crewt and especially including those finishing the work in the final several weeks (painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers and others). Debbie Tunnell, in PBS' office, was very helpful throughout , managing the flow of documents between PBS and us effectively and efficiently. And whoever manages their permit process did very nice work, actually allowing an early start to the work. And Mario Valle, their marketeer and the first PBS representative we met, made us comfortable with the scope of the project and with PBS's qualifications, experience and approach. When the project was completed and we had moved back into out newly renovated, vastly improved, and beautiful home, he came by bearing thoughtful and kind congratulation gifts. A sweet ending to a very gratifying project. PBS is a class act.

From start to finish, the process has been absolutely seamless, and the project was completed nearly two months ahead of schedule, which far exceeded our expectations.
