Wonderful business! And is very responsive. We had an emergency and I tried so many other companies in Penfield of but they were either all closed or didn't have any availability. I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, I feel I have no choice after the experience I’ve had. I had my garage door serviced on Friday, August 14. The technician fixed the balance by replacing one cable and two drums, and I paid $350 for the service. He also recommended installing a bottom garage door seal because I didn’t have one. I ordered the seal from Amazon and installed it myself on Sunday. After doing so, the garage door became unbalanced again. I have been calling the company since Monday asking them to send a technician to rebalance the door, but I have received no response. I was even transferred to a manager, but nobody answered my call, and no one has returned my messages. It has now been four days of trying to get someone to respond, and I am extremely frustrated. I paid $350 for less than an hour of work, and I expected much better service and follow-up. I understand that issues can sometimes arise after a repair, but the lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing. I hope the company sees this review and takes the time to contact me and resolve the issue.

Called and asked where they’ll located and the grumbled and hung up on me. Called back and sent me to VM. The address on their website is a closed Church!! Even ask the fire dept next door and never heard of them.
