Steven, my technician, is very efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and worked diligently to solve them. I also appreciated it that he texted me with his estimated arrival time. Josh was hired to be our termite inspector when we recently bought our house. Little did we know this company also had the contract to keep the property rid of termites, rats, and pest.i He certified that we had no live termites so we bought the house. Found out the attic is full of them. This is costing thousands of dollars like over $15,000 These people are liars and crooks and should be put out of business. Don’t use them
