Customer service is wonderful, Techs are sent out and arrive on time. Diagnosis is spot on, they explain everything. Repairs are exceptional. I wouldn't trust anyone else. They service and repair my AC, hot water heater and plumbing needs. I am so grateful for the services provided and all the service technicians that work so hard to provide their experience and knowledge to keep my home in tip top shape.

I am very satisfied with Nerds. Scheduling was a breeze and my technician, Julio, showed up on time and provided exceptional service. From the initial call, to the service, to the follow up, everyone was kind, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for electrical or plumbing needs.

It was my first time to use this company and I had a water main break. I contacted them and they came out very quickly. Assess the problem gave me a fair quote and fixed the problem efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend the company as well as Shawn the technician.

Today we had Randy Savage tackle a tough job of removing and replacing our obsolete electric panel. He was punctual, very professional and methodical throughout the process. His calm demeanor was indicative of his comfort with the task at hand. He thoroughly went through the new system with me and answered all questions He is a great addition to the organization.
