I always ask for plumber Sean in order to get efficient, professional service that only requires one visit. He replaced a cartridge in the shower that was corroded, and also installed a wireless hot water heater. He worked tirelessly in a very hot location without complaint for almost an entire day until the job was done and he left the place in better shape than when he started. He is a very pleasant and personable young man, in addition to being very proficient. He explained his things as he goes along and offers options at different price levels.

My husband and I are Plumbing Nerds Pass members. The Plumbing Nerds were just at our house about a month and a half ago for an HVAC inspection. We were told that everything is perfect, but we should install a hard start kit, so we took the recommendation. Our A/C stopped working today so we called Plumbing Nerds. I am 6 months pregnant, so we pressed #1 for emergency service. First, we were told that someone would be on the way to us, but then about 5 minutes later Plumbing Nerds called back and said no one is available today. We stressed that this is an emergency. It was 85 degrees at the time with 88% humidity. We were forced to call another company (One Hour Air). They were at the house in 10mins and fixed the issue. It turned out that the hard start part that Plumbing Nerds installed had failed and caused a short. The One Hour Air tech just unplugged it and the AC started working again. We had to pay a $149.00 service fee since we aren't members with One Hour Air. Really disappointed with Plumbing Nerds. I had signed up for that Nerd Pass because I thought it gave me some priority protection against emergencies like this.

Carlos Gonzales arrived to help me with a suspected leaking dishwasher. He’s the best! So friendly, professional and efficient - extremely competent! Such a pleasure!! He determined where it was leaking and offered options. I will always request Carlos for my plumbing - I trust him. Great job!

Very impressed with this company from my first call to their professional and clever confirmation. I chose them from the ratings comments and fact they could handle our plumbing electrical and AC needs. Tristan was very professional and conscientious and took care of my plumbing issues. I am glad I found the Nerds! I would highly recommend!
