John Pratt (Owner) and Joe (master plumber) were absolutely outstanding. They came to my house the same day I discovered a gas leak, quickly found and repaired the issue, and safely restored my gas service. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing. Their communication and customer service were exceptional, and what really impressed me was that they even checked in the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. It's rare to find that level of care and follow-up these days. I highly recommend John Pratt and Joe to anyone looking for honest, skilled professionals who truly care about their customers.

We had a leaking radiator due to a defective valve. It was a Sunday and we called several places. Plumbing problem solvers were the only company to assure us same day service and give us several updates on when they would arrive. They stopped the leak within 20 minutes and came back to provide much needed service our boiler. Again, all of the work product was exceptional, speedy and professional. I will definitely be using them again. The customer service and communication was top notch.

Where to begin? My husband and I are recent transplants from Tampa, Florida, and left all of our trusted home professionals behind, not to mention medical professionals! Building this network all over from the ground up is not an easy thing, but we really hit the jackpot with the plumbing company that we chose to replace our gas water heater. All of the quotes we got were more or less in the same ballpark, but what stood out about Plumbing Problem Solvers were the communications we received from John Pratt and the confidence they inspired. We went back-and-forth, probably more times than he has ever done with anyone, and decided he and his team would be the ones to do the best job for us. They did not disappoint, communicating numerous times in the days leading up to the service call, arriving on time, protecting our floors from the front door to the basement, then explaining what they were doing at various stages. They were quick and efficient. The finished work was beautiful and so professionally done that I had to stand there and admire it when they were finished. I know it was only a gas water heater, but the replaced copper tubing was a work of art, and the pipes themselves high quality, thick and strong.
