We are very pleased with the installation of our new solar panel system by Infinity Solar Systems. After reviewing our energy usage compared to the system’s production, we are confident that this investment will be highly beneficial. With the increased sunlight during the summer months, we expect to generate even more energy while keeping our usage efficient. We had an excellent experience working with Chevon Rutty, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He carefully explained each step of the installation and made sure we understood what to expect. He also honestly warned us that our local Department of Buildings could delay the permit approval process because they were overwhelmed with construction permits. As expected, the permit approval took approximately six months. However, once the permit was issued, the solar panel installation was completed quickly and efficiently. During the installation, the team also replaced our roof shingles and even changed several deteriorated plywood sheets to ensure the roof structure beneath the solar panels was solid and would remain in excellent condition for many years to come. Infinity Solar Systems delivered quality workmanship with promptness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy for their home or business Sylvia Hazlehurst - Mt. Vernon, NY

She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the solar options, roofing details, financing, and installation timeline clearly without any pressure. What stood out most was their responsiveness and honesty — they answered all our questions promptly and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. The process felt smooth and well organized from consultation to scheduling. If you’re considering solar panels and roofing work, I would definitely recommend this team for their excellent customer service and professionalism.
