Had two sets of original builder-quality sliding doors replaced with Vytek 7000 series no-grid double pane low-e doors. Installation went smoothly and was done in 3 hours. The team worked well together and knew what they were doing. I believe I got a fair price and am happy with the overall experience. Kudos to salesman Adam L, measure tech Max A, lead installer Daniel, and QA rep Delmar A. Pictures show old doors and then new doors.

We just had 31 windows replaced, along with a garage entry door and a French door with slider. A reasonably big job. A team of 11 arrived and went straight to work like a well-oiled machine. I had given them a hard stop at 4:00 PM, and so brought one of their bigger crews to make it happen and we’re done by 3:00. The project manager Alex was there early on to get the job started and provided great communication. The QA representative, Del, visited multiple times to check on progress. He took the time to walk us through the key features of the windows, how to operate them properly, and the details of the warranty. The crew took pictures and Del highlighted a few emerging issues around the 30+ year old exterior we should keep an eye on. That kind of proactive attention was appreciated. The crew was efficient, professional, and left the site clean. I would recommend making sure that the family project manager is clear to them. With us, there were some early communication hiccups because they contacted my husband when they were supposed to be dealing with me. But it worked out well in the end. For a project of this scope, the execution was great. We recommend Presidential Exteriors and would use them again.

Window are ok, screens are flimsy. Sliding glass doors are cheap, screen door sticks and doesn't lock/unlock properly. The framing is inconsistent and sloppy ruining the aesthetic. The original price went up 10,000 because the salesman doesn't know building code. It took them 4 trips over a 5 week period to get everything installed. Twice they showed up without any warning. The "quality assurance" guy "Del" spent most of our "assessment time" either texting on his phone, trying to sell us on a new roof, or telling us the problems we had with the install were our fault. At one point he basically called my wife a liar. Grand total? 40k for 18 mediocre windows 3 cheap sliders, and being treated like we are stupid. Although after this experience I do feel stupid for hiring them. On the "day of completion" I felt very pressured to sign and finalize the payment even though I felt like some of these " details" could have been fixed. I do not recommend this company and the only reason I gave 2 stars was to validate this as a real review and not a bot.

Just finished install on 'big boy' patio door project. Juan Hernandez was the team leader of a very professional, thorough and extremely polite and conscientious team. Del was our quality assurance inspector and provided excellent overview of the completed work and potential future projects. Smooth process start to finish. Thank you.
