Residential Specialist did an amazing job on our deck. We could not be happier. We wanted composite decking with a modern look and a connection between our upper deck and lower pool deck with stairs in between. They brought our vision to life. From the demolition of our old deck to the finish build it was a smooth and easy process. Thank you Residential Specialist our deck is beautiful!!! We love our new backyard space!!

After 40 years it was finally time to replace our aging vinyl siding. We went with Residential Specialists. Their crew was very efficient and tidy when it came to removing the old siding. The same can be said about the installation of the new siding. It’s not just about slapping new siding on the house. The intricacies of working around windows and fixtures is where the fine details come into play. Plus the capping of all window and door sills. They were perfectionists in that department and did not over look a single thing. They did an outstanding job. Our house looks brand new again and all of our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks and what a great job they did. I would highly recommend Residential Specialists for replacing that old siding on your house.
