⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally write reviews this detailed, but Ridgeline absolutely earned it. Before choosing a contractor, I received multiple quotes and spent a lot of time comparing pricing, equipment, installation methods, and professionalism. Ridgeline stood out from the very beginning. From the first consultation, I never felt pressured. They answered every question, explained every option, and involved me in every decision, from condenser placement to line-set routing and the overall appearance of the installation. Nothing was done without making sure I was comfortable with the plan. The project manager kept everything organized from start to finish, and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and took obvious pride in their work. The finished installation is incredibly clean and looks like it was always meant to be there. Ridgeline also came in significantly lower than every other quote I received while installing the premium Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat system I wanted. They even handled the rebate process in a way that allowed me to receive the savings up front, making the entire process simple and stress-free. After living with the system, I couldn’t be happier. The units are incredibly quiet, cool the house effortlessly, and have completely changed the comfort of our home. The biggest compliment I can give Ridgeline is this: if they expanded beyond HVAC into other home improvement work, I’d hire them without hesitation. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to family and friends, shared their contact information with several people, and have others planning to use them when they’re ready. Finding contractors you truly trust isn’t easy, but Ridgeline earned that trust. If you’re looking for quality workmanship, outstanding communication, fair pricing, and a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend them.

Paul and his team provided first-rate service installing three splits in the upstairs bedrooms of our historic home. We found Paul to be exceedingly knowledgeable about his trade and highly committed to finding creative options that result in efficient and cost-effective air conditioning solutions that are also attentive to minimizing the visibility of wiring and the outdoors unit. Ridgeline did a great job! Finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and frankly we barely knew they were here. The owner, Paul, provided great guidance regarding our oprions and what would work best for us. He is easy to talk to and answered all our questions. He was able to schedule us on a short timeline. Most of our conversations onsite were with Ben who is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable, but all of the guys - Brandon, Jack, and Evan - were friendly and professional. They have a really good team!

Even in my limited experience, Paul was very flexible, friendly and professional. While I may not have gone with Ridgeline (only because I decided not to go the route of mini splits for ac), I would highly recommend Paul and have already referred him to others. If I have heating issues or need a replacement, he will certainly be who I call!
