We worked with Rycor in 2024, so we knew who to call when we decided to add another unit. From estimate to installation, they provide the highest level of customer service. Even in a tricky location, they sorted it out.

Great service and installation of a ductless HVAC. Professional installers which took great care of my home and gave me great guidance on the operations. ONLY issue that did not make this a five star rating is that the Line-Hide Cover system’s color is not as advertised-does not even compliment the outdoor condenser units and makes an UGLY appearance to the outside of the house. It is definitely not IVORY! Yes, it’s supposed to be paintable, but we all know how painting PVC does not hold up! I am an artist so color is very important to me! Extremely disappointed! 🫤

Rycor crew did an amazing job upgrading my electrical service, installing 5 heat pumps and decommissioned the old furnace. The crew from Wilton were hard working, courteous and did an amazing job! Highly recommend their work.

The crew from Rycor (Shawn, Harley, Nick, Tom, Jacob, and Robert) that installed our ductless mini split system were great. John Block, our salesman was also excellent. A pleasure to work with professionals that know their business and get along with each other as well as us. Doubt we'll need another install done, but I would go with Rycor again any day.
