From detection of the issue to the correction and installation, Sean was completely thorough. Ask for Sean when electrical expertise is needed. Kiely was very helpful scheduling the visit quickly, same day service.

I have been seriously taken advantage of by Bates Electric who pretended to be in Naples, FL. Their "electrician" drove from Miami and hung a chandelier which was broken in the box. I suggested I should send it back to the company, but he insisted on hanging it with two broken parts. He then charged me $700 which is more than the chandelier cost! When I called the Bates Electric number to dispute the charge, the customer service lady was very rude, so I asked to speak to the Owner. I am still waiting for that phone call. Mr. Bates, I cannot use the chandelier because it has two broken arms. Ferguson never sent me the new parts. I am so upset. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by ANY company in Florida. I am on a large condo board and know what proper service is. This is so wrong and I would like the issue to be fixed asap.

Ryan was amazing today! We have had an ongoing electrical issue in our main bedroom but we are rarely here for long enough to figure out the issue. I called Bates and Ryan had it solved within 5 minutes. Issue resolved and I only wish we would have called earlier. Bates has done a few other projects in the past for us and we are always super happy with their work and their response. I can't recommend them enough!

Bates Electric was customer service focused. They came to my residence promptly, addressed my smoke alarm issues, installed new units and towed-up to make sure all circuits were working properly. I am very satisfied with Bates in Naples, FL and our service electrician Alex was great. Will definitely use Bates in the future.
