This is a really honest electrician. We called today for our Chevy Chase home because the power to our microwave and kettle in the kitchen seemed to be out. They asked us a few questions and noted the problem might be the power reset button on the outlet. Sure enough, we clicked the outlet and it worked. Sansbury saved us a service call. It really speaks volumes to their integrity, and we will definitely use them the next time we have a (true) electrical emergency! Thanks so much.

I used Sansbury Electric for the first time today, and have nothing but positive things to say! I live in a condo and some of the LED lights started acting strangely. The lights wouldn't reliably turn on: when I turned the switch on, nothing would happen. I figured it was an issue with the lighting fixtures, since they are about 9 years old. When I first contacted Sansbury Electric, I spoke with a friendly and helpful woman named Catherine. She had me text her pictures of the lighting fixtures and said that she would check with one of the electricians to see if he could stop by that day. He came within the hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem: two faulty light switches. He replaced the switches and the lights worked properly again. The electrician, Rob, was clearly skilled and experienced. He was funny and entertaining too! I appreciated that Sansbury was able to provide prompt, courteous, and capable same-day service. It sounds like they're able to provide service on weekends (at least on Saturdays) too. That is important because I'm starting a new 9-5 job with limited PTO. It can be challenging to have an issue with your home and companies only work on weekdays during standard business hours. Thank you, Sansbury Electric! I would recommend you to anyone in the DMV area who needs an electrician.

I have been a client of Sansbury Electric for many years. Steve is “my” provider. He has installed every fixture in my house! The prices are compatible but their service is top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous. You can’t go wrong!

The men that came and fixed the electical outlets in the kitchen were prompt and professional and very kind they came out on am emergency basis due to an electrical fire that morning.
