Logan came out quickly to give us an estimate for a new shower installation, which was really helpful since we were on a tight schedule. He managed to fit us in the next day and got the whole job done in just a few hours. Logan was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing. He took the time to explain everything to us so we understood what was happening throughout the process. The price was much lower than what we were quoted by some of the larger plumbing companies. Logan was personable and made us feel comfortable having him work in our home—it didn’t feel like just another business transaction. We’re really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

when a pipe burst in my philadelphia home, i called for help and was amazed by the quick response from the plumbing team. ralph and logan got right to work, quickly finding the source of the leak and stopping any further water damage. their professionalism and plumbing know-how really stood out. tucker and the rest of the crew were also fantastic—they worked hard to protect my furniture and prevent any more problems. this wasn’t just a simple fix; it took real effort and teamwork. thanks to these plumbers, everything was handled smoothly and my home was saved from serious damage. i highly recommend them for any plumbing emergency.

Here's your revised, plumber-focused review, following all requirements: I wanted to share my great experience with the plumbing team that worked on my basement. I needed new sewage drain pipes, which meant breaking up the basement floor and digging three separate trenches—one for rerouting the laundry drain, another for fixing a floor drain that was connected to a broken pipe, and a third to replace some old terra cotta pipe under the floor. Eli and Caden handled the job and did fantastic work. Eli did the initial visit, explained everything clearly, and then came back as the lead plumber for the project. Both of them worked hard and were very polite. Whenever I stopped by to check out the progress, they took time to explain what they were doing. They even asked me to look over the work before they filled in the trenches, which made me feel included and confident about the repairs. I had heard from others that having your basement floor dug up for plumbing can make the whole house a mess, but that didn’t happen here. The team sealed off the basement with plastic, kept the area clean, and swept up several times as they worked. Of course, a job like this is always a little messy, but they kept it much cleaner than I expected. The finishing work was also well done. It’s obvious the floor was repaired, but the cement work looked really good. Eli even redid some cement around an outdoor trough for the downspout, and the results were excellent. Both guys were friendly and easy to talk to, and I actually enjoyed having them around. I even got a little sad when the project was done! They appreciated the easy ground-level access to the basement, and I made sure not to use the plumbing while they had it shut off. Overall, I felt very confident in their knowledge and professionalism, and I’m glad I chose this team for my plumbing needs.

Satir Plumbing & Heating has handled all the plumbing work in my house, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From scheduling an appointment to finishing the job, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and attentive. I received a text when the plumber was on the way, which made things really convenient. Tucker and Caden arrived right on time, explained the plumbing repairs they were going to do, and made sure I understood everything before starting. They provided a clear quote for my approval, and their work was both quick and efficient. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. It was clear they genuinely cared about doing a great job and treating me with respect, not just as another customer. The team is clearly well-trained and committed to quality. Whenever I need a plumber, I’ll be calling Satir Plumbing & Heating.
