what a genuinely delightful service experience. arrived with a great attitude, assessed the spring issue in about three minutes, and had it replaced and properly tensioned before I had finished my coffee. the door balance was tested manually and electronically before leaving and the door lifts with one finger now. they do clean, careful work.

I want to tell you about the time my garage door decided to break at literally the worst possible moment. My realtor recommended SiSi. It was the morning we were leaving for a two week vacation. Bags packed, car loaded, and the garage door goes down but wont come back up. We had a flight to catch in four hours. like I called in a panic and honestly expected to hear we couldnt get anyone out that fast. Instead they had a tech at our house within forty five minutes. He diagnosed a seized motor gear, swapped it out from his truck inventory, and had us on our way in under an hour. We made our flight with time to spare. The tech even double checked that the door locked properly since we were going to be away for two weeks. That kind of service when youre stressed and in a rush means everything. Absolutely the best experience Ive had with any home service company.

I had an outstanding experience with SiSi Garage Door Repair. It was the morning of a family gathering when a panel blew off during a storm. I could tell the tech genuinely enjoyed his work and took pride in doing it right. I wasn't sure who to call, but I found SiSi Garage Door Repair and decided to give them a try. I could tell Kyle had seen this kind of problem many times before because he went straight to the source. He programmed all the remotes, tested the keypad, and made sure everything synced up before leaving. He tested the door about five or six times before he was satisfied that everything was perfect. Exactly the kind of service you hope for but rarely get.

as a first time homeowner I was nervous about garage door repairs. my cable snapped and I didnt know what it would cost. they came out, showed me what broke, explained why both cables should be replaced and gave me a fair upfront quote. the work was done carefully, everything tested and cleaned up when done. really appreciate the honest transparent approach.

I manage six rental properties in the area and reliable contractors are worth their weight in gold. My neighbor recommended SiSi Garage. I mean I started using these guys about three months ago when one of my tenants reported a broken spring. Since then theyve handled four different jobs across my properties and every single experience has been excellent. They communicate clearly with my tenants, send me before and after photos, and the invoices are always detailed and fair. Last week they did two properties in the same day for me which saved me coordination time. The techs are always professional and respectful of the tenants space. Ive officially made them my go to for all garage door issues across all my properties. Having a company I can trust without needing to babysit the job is priceless.
