Just had our roof completely redone earlier this month Jack and his crew did an amazing job. The new roof is beautiful and the yard and driveway are all cleaned up beautifully. They draped the entire house and all around to contain the mess. We had a triple layer tear off. I was very impressed they were completely finished in one day. They started at 6:45am and were here till after sunset. I do appreciate that we weren’t dealing with day after day of crews going up and down and around the house with a dog and toddler at home it’s nice to have the yard back right away.

Stellar Roofing in Buffalo exceeded my expectations. Josh explained their quality of materials. Scott was very professional, answered any concerns and sent progress photos throughout the installation process. The crew was very efficient and work so hard in the cold weather. Nicole in finance answered all my questions with such kindness and patience. I truly recommend them. I have a restored faith that there are good, honest contractors in our area. Thank you so much.

Great company from sales to finished roof project. The project manager (Mike) provided updates and details of work along the process! Mike provided resolution to issues and upgrades at no extra cost! His crew was professional and provided excellent work and clean up! The many photos of the job from start to finish were fantastic! Great job!

***UPDATED**** Added photos of where snow and ice is not rolled tightly. There are clear bubbles (see shadows in photo of roof) This is where our ice-damming occurred. They also did not apply the snow and ice correctly when overlapping. They cut this short causing water to go over and under the roof, thus, leaking. All over. The front gutters that ripped off after "ice-damming" happened because they attached the soffit and gutters to ROTTEN wood that we paid extra to have replaced. We have reached out to this company on MULTIPLE occasions to come look at the damage we are dealing with. They say they'll come out, they set a date and they never show and we never hear from them. This has been hell. DO NOT HIRE!! If you’re thinking of getting a new roof — go with someone else!! This place has caused my home and family more trouble than our ancient garbage roof ever did. We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children’s sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward. The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you’d think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn’t have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it. We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings. The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they’d be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor’s driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn’t do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it. The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that’d blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.
