Good communication throughout with Ian. Installers arrived on time, were pleasant and worked efficiently. I didn’t realize the average time for a replacement AC was 4-6 hours for standard install. They were here 7 hours because I needed some custom work done to box in the coil. Unit is quiet and so far works well, though I’ve only had it on for the test. Overall, a job well done. Would hire again and would recommend to others.

Unfortunately it’s time to leave this review. TMark installed my air conditioning system with money I earned from a deployment in Kuwait in 2020 that I had just returned from. INSTALLATION PROBLEM: The installation looked awful on the exterior of the house which resulted in having the manager called to my house to have the system installed a second time. OPERATIONAL ISSUES: The system becomes overwhelmed each summer at outdoor temperatures of 85 degrees and above and won’t cool the house. I’ve paid for a tech to fix it, yet it’s another summer and cooling issues persist again. only positive was the salesman. I just called and found TMark now uses a realistic sounding automated answering system that is no help, then disconnects when you request a representative. I do not want to keep paying for maintenance and waiting for repair. Update: TMark was responsive to this complaint and management showed a high level of concern to resolve this issue. I will continue to monitor my system, but it appears the problem has been resolved at this point. From my understanding, these issues probably resulted from the initial install and factors the technician should’ve been aware of. Regardless, the team that responded showed genuine care and concern and even responded after hours.
