We called with a heating emergency. Parker and Alyssa made the process very easy for us. We’re extremely happy with the service. Parker is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He explained exactly what we needed and showed us step by step what he did to fix our heat. Thank You!!

I had a really good experience with Tangora this month. I needed to install a new heating and cooling system in my house and I got estimates from 5 different HVAC companies. I was really impressed with not only the value for money, but also the professionalism and friendliness of their staff. Unlike some of the other companies who gave me estimates, I didn't feel that they were trying to upsell at every opportunity; in fact, they actively discouraged me from adding features that weren't going to be worth the money. I would be very happy to recommend them to others.

I had an outstanding experience with our HVAC technician, Ricky Tynes. During our annual HVAC tune-up. Ricky quickly identified a small leakage issue that could have easily turned into a major problem. He explained everything clearly, ordered the exact part we needed, and came back as soon as it arrived to install it perfectly. The system is running better than ever. Ricky is professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable — I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Tangora installed a new boiler for me. Their service was prompt, efficient, and affordable. With the cold weather getting, I really appreciated that. I did get a second opinion but felt that Parker Tangora wanted to set me up with the right system for my house instead of just trying to upsell me with something I didn't really need. Parker and his crew were professional and friendly too! I've been a homeowner for many years. This was definitely my best experience with a HVAC company.
