After waiting several weeks for my carpet installation, I simply asked the store to verify the color/style of the carpet upon delivery, since it looked slightly different than what I’d ordered. That reasonable question was met with frustration, and shortly after, the owner called and canceled my installation entirely. All communication throughout this process was over text. Canceling a job over a simple verification question, after weeks of waiting, was unprofessional and completely unexpected. This is not how customers should be treated.

I have used Floor Meister's for several projects and have referred them to my customers who have also been pleased. I needed carpeting installed last minute on a Sunday and they made it happen! Highly recommend for service, price and people!

I worked with Tyler to find the perfect carpet replacement for my rental. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with plenty of flooring options for me to choose from. Highly recommended!! They came all the way to Ft Myers and the installation was flawless. Thank you Floor Meisters!! I will be calling on you again in the future!

Great experience with The Floor Meisters. The owner, Dave, came out and measured the job and set up installation within a few days. His installation crew showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable and left everything clean. I recommend this company for all your flooring needs and would definitely use them again.

Our new carpet was installed yesterday and we are super pleased! The in-store part of the deal was handled by Mike Meister, the owner, whose knowledge was top notch. He came to our home and measured, quoted, and scheduled the installation. Tom, the installer, arrived on-time and was a marvel of efficiency. By 2:30 PM he had removed the old carpet and padding, replaced the tack-strips as needed, installed the new padding and carpet, then he vacuumed, leaving us with a perfect looking carpet. We can't think of a single thing to improve. This transaction was perfect!
