I had my bathroom window repaired in 1 day. They said it would take a couple of days which I took to mean 3 to 4 days but they had it back and installed in 1 day! And they were very reasonably priced compared to the others. I couldn't be happier.

Very satisfied with The Window Source. One phone call, polite, professional, and very efficient. Was just a matter of ours before TJ showed up. They knew exactly what he was doing 123. It was back within an hour. Haven’t had good service like this ever. Very polite And friendly young man. Thank you for your time and service TJ. Look forward to working with you again in the future.

I had a window replaced during the day when I was at work. I returned home about halfway through the day to drop money off in order to pay. When I arrived I opened my garage door (as I always do) to find the technician left the large expensive piece of replacement glass up against it and it broke. The technician informed me there would be a $100.00 (1/5 of total cost) extra cost for the broken glass which was not my fault. I agreed. A few days later I reached into my recycling bin and severely cut my hand (the broken window had been disposed of without my knowledge in a large sheet that cut my hand). A few days after that I was contacted by the company asking for a positive review, here on google. I informed them of what happened and told them I could not give them a positive review. I informed them of my injury, the extra material cost and how it was something we needed to discuss and asked for them to reach out. No one responded to me, and it has been more than a week. I have incurred additional costs in medical care beyond even the elevated cost based on a mistake this company made. I would advise hiring someone else.

This was my first experience with replacing a window (thanks to our dog) so I did not know what to expect. It took much longer than originally promised, but I am impressed! The installers were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job with the finishing details. Our window looks awesome.
