They came and started immediately. The desk repair of the joist replacement was quick, clean and fast! The workers were very respectful and took all the debris with them when they left. This was a 16x16 foot deck with rotted joists. After peeling back a floor board they found about 6 of the 11 boards rotted or water logged. This all started on same day as the estimate, 1:30 pm in 100 degree heat and finished by 4 :30pm the next day. I dont think they even stopped for lunch or breaks, these guys can work. Same day service and removals of floor boards and trex deck for $5,000. The trex boards have 64 screws so times that by 43 boards and thats how much unscrewing and rescrewing had to be done. The cost is worth the quality and timeliness. These guys are hard workers! Thank you all!

What was supposed to take two weeks took about 7 months. They also started other projects on our house in that time frame and none of them are completed as of 11 months later. They left my house in worse shape than it started. I reached out to Q a few times in the beginning and he always ignored me, only responding to my husband. Needless to say we are looking into legal options now. All of these photos are from this week at my house. Everything is unsafe. Maybe they took on more than they were able to accommodate but they certainly never said anything to us. Just ghosted for weeks at a time, returned, did a few hours of work, then ghosted for weeks again. They also took months to clean up any piles of their trash that were left on our lawn.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom with quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process. The project was completed on time, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling company.

The Albany Trust team was awesome to deal with. They gave a fair and reasonable estimate for the job to be completed. The end results were amazing. I would recommend this team for your next remodel.

Trust Alb definitely lives up to the company name. Amazing quality work, professional, polite, on time. Most important lives up to their Word! I had a deck re-do and some other repairs and new flooring put in my home. I most certainly recommend this business and they are going to be my first call for future projects.
