We had US lawns in 2025 and very happy with the service from Julio and his crew. This year we wanted more landscaping done and again overly pleased with the work Julio and his crew! In one day they cut down a tree and large limb from another ,put in another landscaping island and removed tall grasses from our front island transplanted those in the back and planted a weeping willow tree. Along with the work they transplanted 29 arborvitae’s and planted another 20. The work was amazing! Very hard workers and the clean up was spectacular! We could not ask for any more! Thank you US Lawns for making our yard look beautiful!

Couldn’t be happier with the service! Damon and his team were extremely professional, and paid great attention to detail. My lawn has never looked better they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Communication was excellent from start to finish and they left everything clean before they left. If you’re looking for a reliable lawn care company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using their services again! Thanks again!

Mario and his crew did a fantastic job of clearing dead trees and branches from our back yard. They were friendly, fast, efficient, tidy and professional. We plan to have them back for future work, and we would recommend them to anyone in our area.

It is rare to find a company that operates with this much integrity and consistency. I’ve been incredibly impressed with Damon and his entire team at U.S. Lawns - Cleveland East. Whether it’s keeping the lawn looking pristine in the summer or staying on top of reliable snow removal in the winter, they are hands-down the best in the business. The crew is always polite, professional, and they clearly take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest company that actually follows through on their word, look no further!

I reached out to this company via their website for an estimate for a yard cleanup and re-occurring bi-weekly lawn maintenance thereafter due to the unexpected passing of my war veteran husband who maintained it prior. Damon, was at my home the next morning to provide an estimate. At this time I reiterated my situation while tearing up and asked for a written estimate so that I could compare as I never had to hire a landscaper before. This was met with “no problem”. I asked if there was room for me to be added to the bi-weekly rotation right away if I went with them because timing was a determining factor for me. It was at that time that I was told that the company only does weekly cuts due to there only being 31 weeks of invoicing in the grass season already so it allows for more invoicing. I then explained if I was going to go with them, I’d be scheduling within the next 24 hours so they had time to add me in. Despite this exchange, I received a follow up email to the estimate the next week. I responded to the form advising that I went with another company that could meet my bi-weekly cut needs, thinking that would be the end of it. Imagine my surprise when several hours later at 9:35 at night I received the attached TEXT message not only misrepresenting the events that occurred, but also saying that I wasted their time. I am a young widow, with a minor child adjusting to our new normal each day. Wasting their time was never on my to do list and I am shocked at the level of professionalism. No other company that came out and did not get the job reacted in this manner of course. Unbelievable…
