We recently had our roof replaced by Ultimate Roofing in Schenectady, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough. A special thank you to our foreman, Kevin, who did an outstanding job overseeing the project. He kept us informed throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was completed to a high standard. His attention to quality and customer service really stood out. The crew worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and completed the project on schedule. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ultimate Roofing replaced my roof recently and I couldn't be happier. I had first called them because of a leak in the roof that finally presented in my ceiling. Paul explained the whole repair or replacement process, and what would be done. There was no sales pressure and I was able to come to a decision based on the facts. I chose to do the whole roof. Day of, TJ showed up with his crew and they went to work. Paul checked in periodically, but I feel like that was just for me because the crew was running like clockwork. The care taken not to destroy my shrubs, driveway, deck, etc., was great. They kept me updated on the installation, making sure I approved any "extras". Very professional, but personable. On top of that, the roof looks amazing. In addition, later in the day, TJ had to leave, but didn't just disappear, he introduced me to Kevin, who then was my liaison until the job was complete. The next day, a young man came by from Ultimate and ran the magnet over the entire area AGAIN, then did a walk-around visual inspection after that. Impressive. I don't believe I could have made a better choice. I thank everyone at Ultimate Roofing for a great job.

Ultimate Roofing replaced the roof on my home in the Stockade in Schenectady. They did an excellent, professional job. They took care of the permits and even represented me at the Historic Commission. Paul LeClaire, the sales representative, was great and easy to work with. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dustin, the foreman on the job, kept us posted on the progress of the work on the day of the job. He and the crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up the worksite and were considerate of my neighbors. The price was reasonable and I would recommend Ultimate Roofing to anyone.
