The process in obtaining a new roof with the Whiting Company went very smoothly from start to finish. From the first meeting with Don, to securing our financing, to meeting Mr. Whiting, we felt very comfortable and assured that we would be getting to roof we needed with endurable materials that would last us many years to come. They kept us updated as we were out of town during the bulk of the work. That in itself was reassuring. We were expecting a lot of rain while we were out of town and they stayed from about 7am to nearly 8 pm to assure we had a roof to avoid water damage inside our home. That meant a lot! They even worked with us when I forgot to transfer the funds at the start of the job! Lastly, they provided a ton of photos from start to finish to reflect the process along the way. I could go on but, I’ll end by saying it’s the first time I’ve had a professional service provided that I feel completely comfortable and satisfied with. I’ll be telling all of my friends and neighbors who may be seeking riffing services in the future.

I've used Whiting on a number of projects over the years...they are always communicative and deliver on their word. Did a great job installing black windows on my property in 2026.

Mr. Whiting and his team did a great job putting up siding on my house. They were quick and efficient. I will call on them if I ever need anything else done.

Very happy with the roof and siding work Mr. Whiting and his team completed, and especially the added insulation under the siding which has made a real difference in our townhome. I appreciated the thorough conversation in advance of the work and the good communication about scheduling not only avoid issues with the bad weather but also with gutter work that was going to performed next door to us by another contractor. Overall great work at a very fair price!

They did 3 projects for me - roofing, gutters, window wraps/siding touch up. I am happy with the work. They were efficient and cleaned up well. My only issue was getting clear communication for when (day/time) the crews were coming to do the jobs.
