After taking over a poorly installed job, Wicked Cool Air Conditioning stepped in and completely turned things around. Andy and his technicians quickly identified the problems, explained everything clearly, and got our broken system back up and running better than ever. Their team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. What started as a frustrating situation ended up being a great experience thanks to their expertise. We wish we could leave a more positive review, but we just witnessed a Wicked Cool Air Conditioning van blow a beat red light heading eastbound on Immokalee Road at the Oil Well intersection. As important as it is for you to arrive on time to your scheduled appointments, it’s by far more important that you arrive safely and don’t injure or kill the residents within the vicinity. We hope the service Wicked Cool Air Conditioning provides supersedes the driving practices of the employees, but ultimately, please be smart, safe, and responsible on the roads.

Do yourself a huge favor, look no further and hire Wicked Cool for all of your A/C needs. Andy Elwell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came to our home for an independent assessment for our A/C system, prior to our one-year warranty ending with our builder. Andy was professional, knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. We look forward to working with him on a regular basis for our A/C needs. On a side note, as a Bostonian, I love your company name! “Wicked” is a slang word for phenomenal in Boston and wicked cool is a very appropriate name for the service you provided. Thanks, Andy!
