William & Sons Plumbing was excellent and very professional from start to finish. I called and was able to set up a quick appointment for septic tank pumping and a line check. Troy was polite, easy to talk to, and kept communication clear the whole time. Before arriving, Troy called ahead to let me know the earlier job had wrapped up sooner than expected and asked if coming a little early would work. That flexibility was very helpful, and they were even patient while I got back home. Once on site in Philadelphia, Troy got right to work, handled the septic tank service efficiently, and also checked the plumbing lines carefully. After inspecting everything, he explained that there was no clog, so jetting was not needed. I really appreciated the honest plumbing service and the fact that they did not try to add extra work or unnecessary charges. It is rare to find a plumber who takes the time to explain the system, answer questions clearly, and focus on what actually needs to be done. The whole experience was smooth, fair, and professional. I would absolutely use them again for septic, drain, and plumbing work, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest service and skilled workmanship.
