Josiah came out late on a Friday before a long holiday weekend! He was amazingly professional and knowledgeable! He cleaned our unit and replaced a damper motor and scheduled to come back to replace the capacitor. We were very impressed and so happy to have A/C headed into this hot weekend.

I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. They installed my HVAC system when the home was built. Recently, I began experiencing high static pressure issues and had them come out to evaluate the system. I was told everything was operating normally and that no problems were found. Because the issues continued, I sought a second opinion. The second company performed a more thorough evaluation and found that one of the supply ducts was slightly undersized, contributing to the high static pressure. They recommended adding an additional supply run to improve airflow rather than immediately replacing expensive components. After learning this, I contacted the original installer to discuss the findings and give them an opportunity to respond. Unfortunately, my messages were ignored. What disappointed me most wasn’t that another company had a different opinion—diagnosing HVAC systems can be challenging. It was the lack of communication after I reached out with legitimate concerns. Good customer service doesn’t end after the installation, and I expected better follow-up. I hope they improve their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work.
