I found company: Zaps Pest and Bug Control Service after searching online when I kept waking up at night and seeing large roaches run across the kitchen tile as soon as I turned on the light. With the heat, humidity, and frequent rain in Naples, it seemed like pests were getting active everywhere and trying to get inside. I also noticed ants trailing near the sliding door and small dark droppings under the sink, which was very unsettling. What stood out most was how quickly the problem was handled once Bennett arrived. He did a very thorough inspection along the baseboards, under the appliances, around plumbing openings, and outside near likely bug entry points. He explained in simple terms that it looked like a mix of palmetto bug and ant activity, likely related to moisture near the lanai and small gaps around the door sweep. He used a targeted residual treatment inside, applied dust into hidden voids where pests tend to nest, and treated the outside perimeter around the foundation, garage, and patio. He also removed webs around the soffits and checked for wasp activity, which made me feel even better about the service. Before I called, I felt stressed and uncomfortable, even though I keep a clean home. Bennett was kind, professional, and never made me feel embarrassed. He explained how hot, humid conditions in Naples can increase pest pressure and how regular pest control helps prevent bugs from coming back. He also gave helpful tips about reducing moisture, sealing entry points, and keeping the kitchen and lanai less attractive to roaches, ants, and other crawling insects. Just a few days later, the improvement was very noticeable. No more roaches racing across the floor, the ant trail disappeared, and I finally felt relaxed walking into the kitchen at night again. It was a huge relief to feel comfortable in my home, and the whole experience turned out far better than I expected.

I was really stressed when I turned on the kitchen light and saw a trail of ants by the sink, along with roaches coming out from under the dishwasher. With the heat and heavy rain, the pest activity got out of control fast and felt like a real infestation, not just a few random bugs. What stood out to me was that they did much more than a quick spray. Jaden carefully inspected the baseboards, plumbing entry points, garage corners, lanai door tracks, and the mulch line outside where the ant activity was likely starting. He explained the extermination plan in simple terms, which helped a lot because I was overwhelmed by the whole situation. They completed a thorough interior and exterior pest control service, placed gel bait in the trouble areas, treated the perimeter, and removed webs around common entry points. They also gave helpful advice on moisture and sanitation issues that can attract ants and roaches in warm, humid weather, which made the service feel even more complete. By that same evening, I noticed much less bug activity, and within a few days the roaches were gone. The ant trail disappeared completely too. The biggest difference for me was the peace of mind afterward. I had been cleaning constantly and still seeing pests, but after the treatment my home finally felt clean, protected, and back under control.
